Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our MDAC application service
Agreement to Terms
Welcome to DigitalArrivalCard.com.my. By accessing our website and using our Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) application assistance service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the user or client) and DigitalArrivalCard.com.my (the service provider).
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
Service Description
DigitalArrivalCard.com.my provides application assistance for Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) submissions on behalf of travelers intending to visit Malaysia. Customers provide their information through this website. Our team reviews the submitted information and manually submits the relevant MDAC information to Malaysian Immigration.
We act as an intermediary service provider to facilitate the MDAC application process. We are not a government entity and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the Malaysian Immigration Department or any Malaysian government agency. Other MDAC submission channels may be available. This website charges a service fee for the assistance it provides.
While we make every effort to review and submit your MDAC information accurately, completing an MDAC registration does not guarantee entry into Malaysia, as admission decisions rest solely with Malaysian immigration authorities. Our role is limited to application assistance and submission; we do not have authority over admission decisions.
User Responsibilities
As a user of our MDAC application assistance service, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in your application. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all personal details, passport information, travel plans, and any other information submitted through our platform. Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information may result in application rejection, denial of entry into Malaysia, or legal consequences.
You are responsible for ensuring that you meet all applicable entry, passport and visa requirements for your travel to Malaysia.
You agree to review all information carefully before final submission. If you identify an error after submission, contact support. Whether a correction can be made may depend on the stage of the service process, and a new submission may sometimes be required.
You must not use our service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfere with the proper functioning of our website, or engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
Fees and Payment
Our MDAC application assistance service requires payment of a service fee as displayed on our website at the time of application. This service fee covers our review and submission of your MDAC information through this website.
Payment must be completed in full before our team begins reviewing your application. We accept the payment methods indicated at checkout. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider.
Service fees are non-refundable. Please review the Refund Policy for the applicable terms. We reserve the right to modify our service fees at any time, but any changes will not affect applications already submitted or in process at the time of the fee change.
If your payment is declined or fails for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or cancel your application until payment is successfully completed. You are responsible for any bank fees, currency conversion charges, or other financial charges associated with your payment.
Privacy and Data Protection
We take the privacy of your personal information seriously. The personal data, passport details and travel information you provide are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect your information.
Your information is used to provide our MDAC application assistance service. It is shared with Malaysian Immigration as part of the submission, and with service providers (such as payment and email providers) as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or rent your personal information.
By using our service, you consent to the collection, processing, storage, and transmission of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. You have the right to request access to your data, request corrections, or request deletion of your data subject to legal and regulatory requirements. For detailed information about how we handle your data, please review our complete Privacy Policy.
Limitation of Liability
DigitalArrivalCard.com.my provides MDAC application assistance services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of our services. We do not guarantee that our website will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We are not responsible for decisions made by Malaysian immigration authorities regarding your MDAC submission or entry into Malaysia. Completing an MDAC registration does not guarantee entry - immigration officers have final authority to grant or deny admission. We are not liable for any denial of entry, travel disruptions, or any consequential damages arising from use of our services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the service fee you paid for the specific application in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, opportunities, or travel expenses.
You acknowledge that international travel involves inherent risks and uncertainties beyond our control, including but not limited to changes in immigration policies, travel restrictions, health requirements, political situations, and natural events. We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against such risks.
